About the role

As our Senior Manager – Low Volume Moulds, you'll lead around 15 toolmakers and industrial technicians with end-to-end responsibility for low-volume mould supply. You'll connect mould construction, manufacture and production readiness, ensuring moulds produce the required elements while improving how the operation performs.

You'll also strengthen global alignment and help move new technologies from development into scalable manufacturing. Required Qualifications - Applied technical mould expertise to resolve steel corrections and optimise moulding-machine performance. - Led a manufacturing or engineering team with demonstrated delivery performance.

- Improved existing manufacturing or engineering processes through optimisation and simplification.
