Ocean Freight Operations Head

Hours: 40 hours per week. DHL Global Forwarding (Denmark) is looking for an experienced Ocean Freight Operations Head At DHL Global Forwarding, operational excellence is about more than moving shipments from one place to another. As our new Ocean Freight Operations Head, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening our ocean freight operations in Denmark. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, implementing global standards and ensuring that our processes, systems and ways of working support both customer expectations and business objectives.

Working closely with colleagues across the Danish organization, regional and global teams, you will translate strategies and improvement opportunities into practical solutions that create measurable results. This is a role for someone who understands the realities of freight forwarding operations, enjoys developing people and processes, and has the ability to turn change into lasting improvements.
