How you will make an impact As our IT Adoption Specialist, you will be part of the Product Enablement supporting our IT product teams in managing change initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and objectives and making sure our IT solutions are used as intended.

Your work will be crucial in supporting the adoption and implementation of new IT systems, processes, and technologies. The role primarily partners closely with dairy sites and business stakeholders across Germany to understand local needs, impacts, and adoption requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include - Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support IT systems, processes and technologies adoption. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate change impacts and risks. - Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and other support based on the users’ needs.
