Hillerød, Denmark Your impact begins here As Manager – Skilled Workers, you will lead a team of 15 experienced, Danish-speaking skilled workers who keep two inspection lines, utility systems including water and HVAC, and supporting equipment running reliably. The team was brought together a year ago from three equipment groups and is now ready to grow further as one.

You will set a clear direction, build cooperation and strengthen flexibility across equipment areas. Your impact will show in stable operations and a strong, united team. What you’ll bring Here, people leadership matters more than specialist knowledge of every piece of equipment. The team already brings deep technical expertise – you bring the leadership experience to help it work well together.

- At least three years of people-management experience, ideally leading skilled workers, technicians or production staff. - Experience handling a range of people matters with care and clarity, including open and constructive conversations.
