In this role, you will ensure high-quality service to our customers while helping to strengthen the Customer Service function through standardization, process improvements, and operational excellence across DACH and Rest of World (RoW) markets. You will report to the Senior Manager Customer Service DACH & RoW.

The position can be based in Germany or Denmark, with hybrid or fully remote working options in either country. Occasional business travel (up to 10%) should be expected.

About the team

You will join a Global Customer Service team with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland. The team connects customers with Bavarian Nordic and ensures the smooth execution of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Case-to-Resolution (C2R) activities in a highly regulated environment.
