You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while maintaining our high level of quality for some of Danfoss' most iconic products – the radiator thermostat and its valves – made right here in Silkeborg. Your work will directly influence quality, efficiency and reliability of our equipment and processes that produces the products that serve customers worldwide.

You'll work alongside a team of 11 skilled production engineer colleagues and take part of the ownership for our production processes and equipment in our actuator production area – a core part of our thermostat production. The actuator department consist of various highly automated production processes; step pressing of steel and tin/bronze, metal forming, welding, filling and leak detection.
