About the Role As a Senior Business Partner within Our LEGO Agency (OLA), you will act as a strategic bridge between the business and OLA, leading integrated campaigns from brief through to delivery and creating the conditions for ambitious, fame-driving, fan-building and creatively effective work to thrive.

You will partner closely with business leaders and creative, strategy, production and specialist teams to understand and challenge the business need, translate it into clear creative asks, anticipate what is coming and connect individual briefs to bigger business and creative opportunities.

You will own the creative ambition across the campaign, bringing together the right expertise across OLA and the wider LEGO ecosystem to create genuinely integrated work.
