Your new roleAs a Production Specialist – External Manufacturing, you will join External Manufacturing Technology & Optimization (EMTO), a department responsible for supporting and optimising manufacturing activities at Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO’s) producing biologics, synthetic peptides or oligonucleotides on behalf of Novo Nordisk.

EMTO serves as the technical link between Novo Nordisk and our external manufacturing partners. In this role, you will, together with our CMO’s, ensure that facilities, equipment, validation activities, and quality systems are capable of reliable and compliant production.

You will work closely with project managers, process experts, quality professionals, and external partners to establish successful manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvements. Your key responsibilities will include:
