Senior Manager, Customer HSE & Strategic Partnerships Purpose of the Role The Senior Manager, Customer HSE & Strategic Partnerships leads Maersk's strategic HSE engagement with selected Global Key Customers.

The role strengthens customer relationships, supports commercial growth, and positions HSE as a strategic differentiator by translating Maersk's HSE capabilities, performance, governance, risk management, and compliance programs into customer value.

The role also establishes the governance, processes, and escalation framework for managing strategic customer HSE requirements across Logistics & Services (L&S), while ensuring routine customer requests remain managed by Regional, Area, Operational, Commercial, and Key Client Account Teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Customer Engagement Lead HSE partnerships with selected Global Key Customers.

Act as the primary HSE interface for customer HSE and Sustainability leadership teams. Support Executive Business Reviews, customer engagements, and strategic commercial opportunities. Develop customer-facing HSE value propositions, executive messaging, thought leadership, and strategic presentations.
