People Business Partner (maternity cover – 8 months)

We are looking for a People Business Partner to join us on an 8-month maternity cover, playing a key role as both a strategic and operational sparring partner to our leaders and the organisation. Keep reading… As a People Business Partner with us, you will work closely with the business and help create alignment between our strategic goals, leadership practices, and People & Culture initiatives.

You will become part of a People & Culture team, where you will be responsible for your own business areas across countries and locations. At the same time, you will be involved in cross-functional People & Culture projects and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to apply your personal strengths and contribute within the areas of People & Culture you are most passionate about.

Please note that this is initially an 8-month maternity cover, with the possibility of permanent employment.
