YOUR ROLE As our new Development Specialist, you’ll help shape the future of BESTSELLER Logistics through process improvement, digitalisation and data-driven decision-making. You’ll improve end-to-end logistics processes and turn business challenges into clear requirements for our digital product teams.

Working closely with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders, you’ll identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops, analyse processes and data, and help develop sustainable solutions. A key part of the role is to challenge assumptions and look beyond the initial request. You’ll assess business needs critically, uncover root causes and make sure we solve the right problem.
