Senior Project Sourcing Manager

Join Ambu’s global procurement transformation as a Senior Project Sourcing Manager, where you will primarily drive sourcing activities in new product development (NPD) and key sourcing projects, while also contributing to category management to ensure continuity, scalability, and long-term value. You will lead Procurement in NPD project and drive all related sourcing activities.

Operating at the intersection of innovation, cost, technology, and supply risk, you will help bring life-saving solutions to market while influencing both near-term project delivery and long-term procurement value. You will be based at Ambu’s HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, as part of Global Direct Procurement team, reporting directly to the Director of Direct Procurement.

The role

As Senior Project Sourcing Manager your primary focus will be leading the Procurement sourcing activities in a key strategic NPD initiative, ensuring the right materials, technologies, and suppliers are selected to support innovation, quality, sustainability, and robust financial outcomes. Alongside this, you will collaborate with our category managers and lead the category strategy implementation in the NPD project.
