Postdoc in Probabilistic Methods Sequential Decision-Making - DTU Compute
Opportunity summary
Are you interested in probabilistic machine learning, uncertainty quantification, and sequential decision-making? Then this post-doc position may be for you. DTU Compute invites applications for a fully funded post-doc position with a duration up to two years. The position is part of the research grant “Active Inference for Dynamic Pricing”, funded by the Fund of 20th December.
The overall aim of the project is to investigate active inference as a principled framework for developing robust methods for sequential decision-making under uncertainty, building on state-of-the-art machine learning methods and architectures. The project will investigate and validate the developed methodology through several real-world applications, including dynamic pricing.
You will be part of the Section for Cognitive Systems, a dynamic and research-oriented group of scientists, technical personnel, and administrative staff. We have a broad interest in machine learning and information processing in humans and computers and a particular focus on the signals they exchange.
Responsibilities
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will conduct independent and collaborative research on probabilistic machine learning and active inference for sequential decision-making under uncertainty1 …
