ABOUT THE JOB As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in managing the team of Waiters and Hostesses. You will be a role model in practicing service at a Michelin level. You must maintain high guest loyalty throughout high guest satisfaction and ensure that all guests receive a unique and magical experience.
