Your future team

You will join the HR Business Partner team and work closely with senior leaders across two key global functions:

Group Marketing & Communications and Group IT. As Global HR Business Partner, you will sit in the respective leadership teams, partnering closely with the EVP and leadership team of Group Marketing & Communications and the CIO and leadership team of Group IT. You will report to Pia Willert, Head of HR for Group Functions and ROCKWOOL Group Business Center in Poznan, Poland.
