About the role
As our Automation Manager, Operational Technology, you'll own critical Pre-Pack platforms and help shape how automation technology is developed, standardised and scaled across the LEGO® manufacturing network. This is a global platform ownership role that combines technical credibility with stakeholder management.
You'll work closely with Production, Maintenance and R&D partners while supporting sites across Europe, Mexico, China and Vietnam. You'll coordinate platform development, guide technology decisions and help ensure robust, secure and reliable production capabilities for the future. Please note that you should expect to travel 20-40 days a year.
