Be part of a great SAFe Scrum team You’ll join a cross-functional SAFe Scrum team within an Agile Release Train, working at the intersection of advanced DSP, hearing science, and real-world user experience. The team consist of seven colleagues with different international backgrounds focusing on the foundational audiology algorithms at the core of our hearing instruments.
Your work will directly influence how our users hear their world, making sound more natural, less tiring and more meaningful for people with hearing loss. We all have a strong technical foundation, a genuine curiosity, and a willingness to contribute to the future hearing aids while we help and share our ideas with each other. Our work does not limit us to working solely within our team.
