Operations Coordinators Travel Dot. Nordic is a B2B Incoming Tour Operator in Scandinavia. Our expertise is based on long term experiences and deep local knowledge´s of specializing group tours, individual tours and FIT´s in Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltic countries. Since our business is growing, we are looking for more colleagues to join with us to be part of create remarkable travel dots!

YOUR ROLE The focus area of your role is to achieve successful operations. SKILLS & EXPERINCES - At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry, but this is not “must”. - Ability to work independently, solve problems and handle multiple tasks. - Verbal and written proficiency in English.

Proficiency in 3 languages or more is an advantage. - Destination knowledge´s in Nordic countries, and excellent communication skills for business contacts - Flexibility to work extended time schedule during the high season from April to August.

YOUR TAKS

- Book and operate tours in close cooperation with suppliers - Maximize profit margins on tours and services. - Perform good and professional communications related to work.
