Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead

As Performance Management, Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead, you will help establish a common approach across our operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. • - Solid experience within Performance Management and Lean - Experience in driving Performance Management and Lean implementation across countries, functions, and organisational units.
• - Practical experience from operational or production environment.
• - A track record of working with Continuous Improvement turning insights and data into concrete operational improvements.
