Since 2012, Unisport has launched webshops in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Poland and Italy, as well as their international webshop, Unisportstore.com. In addition to their flagship store in Copenhagen, they have opened physical stores in Paris, Oslo, Stockholm and Munich – with even more exciting things on the way.
You will become part of a company with global ambitions and strong local roots.
About the role
You will become a key part of their Country Teams, acting as a link between customers and Unisport and helping to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This is a full-time position, where you will work alongside your colleagues to handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
