Senior Insights Analyst

A great opportunity to turn data into proper impact in a global retail organization. In the position as Senior Insights Analyst, you will turn data from our Databricks Lakehouse into trusted insights that shape better decisions across Flying Tiger Copenhagen.

You will own the semantic layer, build powerful self-service datasets, and create reporting and analytics that put meaningful insights in the hands of the people who need them. You will report to the Enterprise Architect and become a key member of the Architecture & Engineering department at our HQ in the heart of Copenhagen.

Responsibilities include

- Design and deliver insights and reporting solutions across all technology and business initiatives, including semantic layer on Databricks and optimization of Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, reports and dashboards. - Define, document and govern KPI definitions to ensure consistent metrics and a single source of truth across the business.

- Implement reporting governance and quality standards, including certified datasets and workspace management. - Enable self-service analytics for business users, including training, documentation and best-practice guidance. - Translate business questions from departments into clear analytical deliverables and deliver demos and handovers to end users1 …
