You will drive scalability, predictable delivery, modern engineering practices, active use of AI, improved user experience, and a more professional development culture in a fast-growing high-tech company. Our software organization is entering a new phase. Over the past five years, we have grown significantly, strengthened our ways of working, and increased our delivery capability.

The next step is to scale further: using AI actively, improving predictability, strengthening requirements and test practices, increasing output, and building a software culture that is more structured, professional, and ready for the ambitions ahead.
