Do you want to set the direction for product cybersecurity in a global organization where technology supports people with hearing loss? We are looking for a Head of Product Cybersecurity to establish and mature the cybersecurity framework for GN Hearing products. In the role of Head of Product Cybersecurity in the Research & Technology organization, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.

You will set the cybersecurity direction for Hearing, ensure regulatory readiness and promote secure product development across teams and markets. The Team you will be part of:

You will join the Systems & Technology team in GN Hearing and work closely with software development, quality, regulatory, product development and other relevant functions.

You will lead a team of 3 cyber security architects and facilitate the Hearing Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CoE), with members from all development teams, creating a shared forum for knowledge, consistent practices and implementation support. The team aspires to make cybersecurity an integrated and practical part of how we develop, maintain and improve our products.
