As Software Engineering Manager in Software Solutions, you will provide technical and people leadership for engineers building connected cloud, desktop, and mobile applications in a regulated product environment. You may already be a people manager, or you may be a senior engineer or technical lead ready to take that next step.
What matters is that you bring strong technical judgment, enjoy helping others grow, and can raise the engineering capability of the teams around you. The Team you will be part of:
- Software Solutions develops the cloud, desktop, and mobile applications that help hearing care professionals and end users get the most from our products.
- We work closely with colleagues across Product Management, Product Ownership, UX, Architecture, Quality, Regulatory, Security, DevOps, and engineering.
- The role is based in our Ballerup office and you will report to Torben Brødsgaard, Director, Mobile Apps.
