Working on the slaughter line, taking out and sorting organs.
- Carving and Deboning
Skilled cutting and deboning of pork carcasses, separating primal cuts and preparing them for further processing.
- Knife Handling
Expert use of knives and other cutting tools to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Hygiene and Safety
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and adhering to all safety regulations in the workplace.
- Teamwork
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
Job requirements - Experience
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with specific skills in carving, deboning, and working in a slaughtering department.
