About the position

This is a 12-month parental leave cover within Executive Office & Corporate Strategy. At Demant, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Executive Office & Corporate Strategy. In this role, you will work at the heart of key Group Governance Processes and leadership initiatives, helping create the structure, alignment, and follow-through which enable effective decision-making and execution across the organization.

You will report to the VP of Executive Office and Corporate Strategy department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and driving progress across a larger stakeholder landscape. You may come from project management, consulting, executive support, business support, or a similar background. What matters most is your ability to stay ahead, create structure, and turn plans into results.
