As Decoration Manager in Billund, you'll guide decoration development by supporting and driving early graphic prepress decisions with design organization, while following and optimizing cross-functional processes, to ensure graphics mature to a high quality decoration on LEGO® bricks produced at the global production sites.

The team operates in the field of prepress, connecting Design to manufacturing so decoration choices protect intent, reduce production risk and keep novelty flow moving.

Here, ideas get bounced around, tested and rebuilt with colleagues across the value chain. Core Responsibilities - Drive graphic visitation for detailed decorations with design specialists and the Graphic Design organisation. - Set decision paths between Design, Processing and manufacturing, keeping sign-offs clear and documented.
