About the role
As our Engineering Management System Lead Professional, you'll help develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Engineering Management System across the first LEGO® engineering organisation. You'll connect management system components, standards, governance, performance management, digital solutions, and knowledge assets into a practical framework that supports engineering delivery.
By combining management system expertise with digital enablement, analytics, process automation, and emerging technologies, you'll help shape how the Engineering Delivery System evolves for the future.
