Core Responsibilities As our Senior Digital Enablement Manager in Billund, you'll sit within the Transition & Portfolio Office and focus on helping Business Service Operations (BSO) adopt and use digital end-user tools effectively, consistently, and in line with agreed standards.

You will work with helping colleagues spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time creating value. You will also connect with Product Managers to ensure end-user experiments remain separated from formally developed product solutions. To achieve this, you will:

• - Launch a digital enablement community that accelerates AI and productivity tool adoption by enabling individuals to experiment and integrate them into their personal work tasks, outside core business processes.
• - Shape governance, guidance and standards for effective and responsible end-user technology use.
• - Develop training programs that help colleagues confidently use Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and other low-code/no-code solutions.
