Our growing Strategy & Performance team unites deep strategic insight with hands-on M&A deal execution. We advise senior executives and investors on their most critical challenges – from corporate strategy and operating model design to M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
The team consists of 80 consultants based in Copenhagen and Aarhus, working in diverse teams with an entrepreneurial spirit, backed by Deloitte’s global network and deep subject-matter expertise.
Job Description As a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance, you will work on high-impact strategy projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth, enable transformation, and unlock deal value. You will contribute to projects such as:
- Growth Strategy
Defining strategic priorities to drive future revenue streams.
- Commercial Excellence
Enhancing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer engagement.
