Senior Product Designer, Growth

We work with some of the best and most exciting Creators across Europe, and publish over 700 episodes a month, all powered by our innovative technology and a seamless consumer experience.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer, Growth who will design cohesive customer journeys with us. This is the role As a Senior Product Designer, Growth at Podimo, you will design user experiences that drive higher conversion and customer retention. From acquisition to activation, retention, and monetisation, you will ensure Podimo’s value props are clear and compelling.

This is an opportunity to lead growth through the product. The role can be based at our Copenhagen HQ, our Amsterdam office, or our Berlin office, depending on the right person.

What you'll do

- Gather quantitative and qualitative insights on users’ experiences within our apps and why they leave. So that you can design better retention strategies. - Design paywall strategies that convert new users and upgrade existing users at the right place and time in their journeys. This includes all our platforms: web, iOS, and Android apps.
