Head of Safety and Resilience Assurance

Country: Denmark. We are looking for a visionary and influential leader to take Safety & Resilience (S&R) Assurance into its next phase of maturity.

This is not a traditional assurance role. As Head of Safety & Resilience Assurance, you will lead the evolution of our Site Maturity Assessment and Assurance framework from a compliance-focused approach into an embedded way of working that drives operational excellence, frontline performance, and meaningful risk reduction across Maersk Operations.

You will have the opportunity to shape how assurance creates value across Logistics & Services while building stronger alignment across the wider A.P. Moller-Maersk organization.
