Data Adoption Lead

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 8376502. At itm8, we are investing in a modern data platform and strengthening our Data & Insights team. Now we are looking for a pragmatic and people-focused Data Adoption Lead who can help turn that investment into better decisions, stronger ownership and measurable business value.

Your Role You will help itm8 turn data into everyday business value by connecting our new data platform with the people, processes and decisions it needs to support. In practice, you will:

• - Lead rollout and enablement of the new data platform and related data products.
• - Identify barriers to usage and turn them into clear actions, communication and training.
• - Drive governance work on ownership, stewardship, standards, decision structures and data quality.
• - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations on KPI definitions, trusted data and value realisation.
• - Build communities of practice and citizen developer initiatives that strengthen self-service use of data.
