What will your role will be to? Working in close partnership with business leaders, SME’s, digital teams and suppliers, you will translate transformation objectives into practical change journeys that help our colleagues understand what is changing, why it matters and how to succeed in the future state. Your focus will be to turn transformation into sustained business outcomes.

You will become part of our Marine, Energy & Infrastructure Operations Strategy & Projects team; a small, informal and ambitious team where open and honest feedback, continuous learning and collaboration are highly valued. - Lead end-to-end change management for global transformation initiatives, from readiness and deployment to adoption and sustainment.
