About the Role As a Retail Operations Specialist in the IMEA (India Middle East, Africa), you will play a key role in supporting our global franchise retail business by developing, implementing, and maintaining retail operations standards, guidelines, manuals, and training materials.
You will work closely with franchise partners to ensure excellence in retail execution, operational consistency, and compliance with company standards. Through coaching, training, and ongoing support, you will help franchisees optimize performance, improve processes, and achieve their growth ambitions.
You will also support the launch of new retail markets and stores, ensure successful openings and build local capabilities for future expansion. You will report to our Head of Retail Excellence IMEA and work from our HQ in Strandgade (København K).
