Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

Join our global Digital & Technology team and help shape Pandora’s strategic agenda and accelerate our Digital Transformation. As a Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant, you will support setting Digital & Technology’s strategic agenda and ensure our ambitions translate into tangible outcomes.

You will work across Pandora’s Digital & Technology organisation and partner closely with key business functions to frame complex problems, shape direction, and orchestrate execution of high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our most important efforts.

You will translate ambition into actionable roadmaps, create alignment across diverse stakeholders, and enable confident, data-driven decision-making that accelerates Pandora’s transformation. We are looking for a sharp, analytical strategist with a strong background in strategy development—ideally from management consulting. The core of the role is issue framing, problem-solving, and enabling execution at scale.
