The University seeks an Expert Technical Assistant for Transgenic Services for the Transgenic Core Facility within the Animal Core Facility at the Center for Core Facilities, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, starting 1 December 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Transgenic Core Facility The Transgenic Core Facility (TCF) at the University of Copenhagen (KU) provides basic and advanced services to scientists in the areas of genetic modification both in mice and cell lines, embryonic stem cell derivation and manipulation, mouse embryo culture and manipulation, assisted reproduction technologies and cryopreservation (Core Facility for Transgenic Mice – University of Copenhagen).
TCF is part of the Animal Core Facility, which provides excellent husbandry and welfare conditions of laboratory animals for KU´s researchers, and it is embedded in the Center for Core Facilities (CCF, Center for Core Facilities – University of Copenhagen) that gathers all the mayor platforms and technical services at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
