The overall aim of the research project is to address a major unresolved question in Campylobacter epidemiology by investigating how cattle and free-living amoebae contribute to environmental persistence and transmission beyond poultry in Denmark.
Responsibilities and qualifications As our PhD candidate, you will be working independently on the research project in close collaboration with our research group and with other academic, industrial, and government agency partners in Denmark as well as abroad. To support your success, you will have access to DTU National Food Institute’s laboratory facilities.
