Job Description Are you a strategic business leader looking for your next career challenge? We’re looking for a seasoned global business leader to lead our account team within Our LEGO® Agency (OLA), Commerce. This is a Director-level role for someone with an advertising, marketing or digital agency background at a senior leadership level.
If you have strong people leadership experience and senior-level agency experience with a focus on commerce and retail then this could be the role for you.
You’ll lead a small team of Business Partners — our account leads who work with our partners at the LEGO Group — and who take responsibility for and champion the delivery of high-quality creative and experience work, always thinking about the value we bring as an in-house agency.
