About the role
As our Senior Director, Technical Program Management, you'll lead some of the most complex and strategically important technology programs across the LEGO Group. You'll combine executive-level technical program leadership with people leadership, guiding a team of Technical Program Managers while directly driving large cross-product and cross-domain initiatives.
This role sits within Consumer Marketing Technology, where we build technology solutions that support both consumers and employees. You'll help create the right balance between agility, engineering excellence, and program assurance, ensuring teams can deliver meaningful outcomes without unnecessary governance.
