NTS/EORE Team Leader

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 3123509. DanChurchAid (DCA) Syria invites applications for an experienced NTS/EORE Team Leader to join our dedicated team.

Under the supervision of the NTS/EORE Coordinator, the NTS/EORE Team Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and monitoring Non-Technical Survey (NTS) and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) activities implemented by the assigned NTS/EORE team.

The position ensures that NTS and EORE activities are delivered effectively, safely and in accordance with DCA policies, SOPs and applicable humanitarian mine action standards.

The NTS/EORE Team Leader supervises assigned NTS/EORE Team Members, ensures the quality of NTS and EORE activities, data collection and reporting, and supports operational and community liaison with local authorities, community representatives and other relevant stakeholders.
