Strategic Transformation Manager, CFO Area

Are you driven by solving complex problems, shaping senior-level decisions and turning strategy into tangible progress? As our new Strategic Transformation Manager, you will play a central role in Tryg’s major finance transformation.

Working across data, systems, processes and organisation, you will help shape the direction of the transformation, solve critical issues and support senior leadership in making the right decisions. You will join the Transformation Office within the CFO area and work closely with senior leaders, project managers and subject-matter experts across Tryg.

About the role | Strategic thinking and hands-on transformation The Transformation Office sits at the centre of the Finance transformation, creating clarity across the programme, challenging direction and helping ensure that critical issues are resolved. As Strategic Transformation Manager, you will take significant ownership across the programme and act as a key sparring partner to the Head of Transformation Office.
