The Senior Project Manager Role The Senior Project Management role in Gram Equipment is a critical role in ensuring that we meet our promises to our customers as well as our internal need for profitability and well executed projects.

The role is fundamentally the “CEO of the project” and responsible for managing all aspects of the contract from agreed contractual requirements and deliverables to ensuring customer acceptance at the end. When the contract has been signed, you take over the responsibility for the project.

You are working closely together with the customer to handle deviations and new requests and to make sure that they feel safe about the process and corporation. Alignment of expectations both internally and externally are very important.
