Do you care deeply about building scalable, repeatable SaaS delivery rather than one-off custom projects? At Performativ, we’re building the infrastructure layer for modern wealth management. As our Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the enterprise rollout of our SaaS platform helping customers onboard successfully through structured delivery, clear communication, and lightweight technical engagement.

This is not a professional services consulting role. You won’t be buried in endless customer-specific code or heavy customizations. Instead, you’ll work cross-functionally to help customers adopt our product the right way: cleanly, securely, and in line with platform best practices so they can scale on top of us, not around us.

What you will do
