Job Description The Associate Vice President of Clinical R&D will lead the global organization responsible for developing Agilent’s clinical diagnostic solutions. Based in Glostrup, this leader will drive execution of the clinical development solution roadmap across assays, instruments, software, and integrated workflows.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong record of product development, organizational leadership, and execution in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities - Execute the CDD Development in partnership with the Clinical & Diagnostics Division leadership team.

- Own the execution of developing the product roadmap across solutions encompassing assays, instruments, software, and integrated solutions. - Lead new product development from concept through design transfer, and commercialization. - Ensure programs meet customer, clinical, technical, quality, regulatory, financial, and schedule objectives.
