Join Specsavers as our new Technology Product Specialist on a two-year contract and play a key role in supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our new B2B CRM system (SuperOffice) across Northern Europe.
Your role
As our Technology Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our new B2B CRM system SuperOffice across the Northern European market. You will act as the product expert within your area, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, architects, business stakeholders, development teams, testers, and external vendors.
You will ensure product requirements are understood, solutions are fit for purpose, and deliveries meet both business and user needs. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
