4 permanent jobs on day or evening shift – learn foundry work from the ground up

Transport, Logistics & Maritime (mediated vacancy occupation evidence). On behalf of our customer, Actief Hartmanns A/S is looking for four new employees for permanent positions at the foundry in Herning. You do not need previous foundry experience.

What matters most is that you enjoy practical industrial work, show up reliably, have an eye for quality and details, and are willing to learn a special craft from the ground up. Experience from industry, production, warehouse, metal work, crafts or other practical work is an advantage – but not a requirement. We are looking for one employee for a permanent day shift and three employees for a permanent evening shift.

4-6 weeks of training You will start with a planned introduction and training programme on the day shift for 4-6 weeks. During this period, you will be introduced to the foundry, safety procedures, materials, equipment and the specific tasks. You will be trained by experienced colleagues and given time to understand the process before moving to your permanent shift. After training, you will move to either:
