PILOT TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD

• As the Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing the pilot recruitment function in cloise collaboration with all SAS Air Operator Certificates (AOCs).
• In this role, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while overseeing the end-to-end pilot recruitment process, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong candidate experience.
• You will work closely with business leaders, Pilot Assessors, Planning, Training and other teams to attract, assess, and hire the pilots needed to support SAS's operational ambitions.
