Do you enjoy driving People & Culture processes, collaborating across the organisation and turning plans into action? We are looking for a People & Culture Consultant for a maternity cover position in our Projects & Learning team.
In this role, you will drive and support key People & Culture processes and initiatives that shape the employee experience across AFI, with a particular focus on talent management and global onboarding. Who are we? Arla Foods Ingredients is a global leader in improving premium nutrition and an independent company within the Arla Foods Group.
Our headquarters is located in Aarhus, Denmark, and we have colleagues and locations across the world. You will join our People & Culture Projects & Learning team, consisting of 4 colleagues.
We develop and drive global initiatives within talent management, learning, leadership development, internal communication, onboarding and employee experience, helping AFI develop and engage the people needed to support our growth journey and ongoing transformation.
