As Senior Formulation Professional, you will take technical ownership of new products entering the factory, running change cases and validations that get them into production reliably. New products are on their way, and formulation meets them first.

Your work sets the course for what happens next – and helps bring treatments closer to the people who rely on them.

What you'll do

You will be the technical owner of the product's route into the factory, working hands-on in production and turning new challenges into workable ways of running them. - Take technical responsibility for new products in formulation, from first arrival to stable production. - Lead change cases and validation activities, and use sampling and analysis results to make sound decisions.

- Work closely with operators on the production floor, staying close to the process day to day. - Help figure out how to run products we have never made before – there is no "the way we usually do it". - Collaborate with an experienced "umbrella" supporter to build and document new cases together. - Keep quality and compliance high throughout, never compromising on patient safety.
